This time last year, Joel Jelen and Ubiquity PR as part of the Bread and Butter Collective were busy planning a sustainability event…with co-host Paul Myers (pictured above) of Greens For Good who showed us around their amazing project in October 2019 and we became hooked!
They’re growing sustainable leafy greens in the city centre all year around. We also met https://carbonfreedining.org/ who on the evening of the event, spoke to us about their programme enabling restaurant diners to offset the carbon of their meal by adding a 99p tree to their bill!
The Collective founded by Liam Jones of www.foursquaregroupltd.com is a Not-for-profit initiative supporting independent Liverpool hospitality businesses. Liam, Joel, Ubiquity and Louise Kissack of www.spaghettigroup.com who comprise the Collective will meet up early in the new year and discuss plans for 2021 because there’s never been a better opportunity to help the hospitality sector.
