Bruntwood Works’ roof terrace at Cotton Exchange in Liverpool was brought to life with The Cotton Carnival last week.
The atmosphere was filled with DJ-led carnival sounds, delicious food from Ragga’s and samba dancing plus a workshop to help make your own carnival head dress!!
